I believe a healthy lifestyle can be simple
I do not believe in overcomplicating nutrition, strict diets or a one size fits all approach. I am interested in helping you achieve health in a way that is sustainable and makes the most sense for you and your lifestyle. I take a practical approach to nutrition. True change is about taking small steps that you can maintain. There is no quick fix for nutrition, and by making simple changes and small steps along the way, you will achieve lasting, sustainable and most importantly enjoyable changes.
I believe in balance
Life is meant to be lived. I too, enjoy a good cup of coffee, the occasional glass of wine or a good piece of chocolate. Stressing about strict diets and always making the proper food choices is not healthy or enjoyable. I want you to live a life of health, happiness and balance, and I am committed to helping you achieve that.
With years of experience in the corporate world, I know what it is like to live a busy life and I am committed to showing you that healthy isn’t hard! I am realistic in understanding the obstacles that people face day-to-day and I will take the time to get to know you and your schedule in order to create an individual plan that works.

When it comes to digestive issues like bloating and gas, I totally understand what you are going through. I have struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and food allergies on and off for most of my life. My issues got worse when I was stressed, especially while away at University. It wasn’t until I visited a Naturopath and made changes to my diet that I saw real changes not only with my stomach issues but my skin improved and I had a much higher energy level. After seeing the direct connection between diet and how it directly affects your body personally, I realized I wanted to learn more. That is what lead me to study nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.).
I have an extreme love for fitness! I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer but I love to be active in many ways including running, yoga, hiking or really anything you throw my way. I believe being active is important to overall health but it is most important to be active in whatever way makes you happy and helps you live your life to the fullest.
I’m travel-obsessed, love to bake and try new things in the kitchen (check out my recipes for inspiration) and am a serious chocolate addict.
I also studied Business and Marketing at Queen’s University and have been working in the marketing field across multiple industries (finance, cosmetics, non profit, natural health) for over four years.
And last but not least, I live in the amazing city Toronto, Canada and love exploring all the amazing restaurants this city has to offer!
